• Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various operations in the plant for standardization.

• Conducted hydrostatic pressure tenting of vessels, heat exchangers, piping and other equipment to ensure reliability.

• Identified area affected by corrosion under insulation for piping and conducted inspection and mitigations to ensure plant integrity.

• Used Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Isometric drawings, elevation drawings to install new pipelines, equipment, and conduct maintenance

• Identified unhealthy piping supports, procured the new supports and replaced them.

• Applied technical standards, principles, concepts and techniques for maintenance of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and furnaces.

• Co-ordinated with reliability, operations and other maintenance departments for timely completion of technical maintenance work.

• Worked on installation and commissioning of heat exchangers and spares procurement for the same

• Created budget and schedule for the annual maintenance of furnaces 3 times and executed the maintenance work as per schedule.
